Firstly, gently rub liquid soap, makeup remover, or skin-safe oil onto the skin.
Lastly, dry.
Second, scrub using a scrunchy, washcloth, or loofah. Then rinse and repeat until paint is removed.

Firstly, use rubbing alcohol or baby oil. Let either of them sit into the paint to loosen the product.
Second, scrub the area with a washcloth or other scrubbing material with soap and water. Rinse and repeat until the tattoo is removed.
