CANCELLATION POLICIES

For the event organizer and guests

We get it, life happens! So to better accommodate you, please let us know in advance before your date if anything comes up such as cancellation, rescheduling, issues , etc. We understand and will do our best to accommodate any unexpected events that pop up whether that be by rescheduling or likewise.

In the event of a reschedule, if the new date and time are available, the booking will be transferred accordingly. If not, we will accommodate by offering the closest available date and time. If none are available, the booking will be canceled and a refund will not be issued.

GENERAL POLICIES

BOOKING FEE

The online booking fee is $25 to secure your spot and date, this booking fee is counted towards the total balance. The online booking fee itself is non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation. If Airadorn Airbrush cancels the booking then a refund will be issued.

PAYMENT METHODS

After the deposist, the client will pay the remaining balance in-person the day of their event, Airadorn accepts cash and digital payments such as Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle, etc. Failure to pay remaining balance will result in services being withheld. Invoices are to be paid the day of the event.

CLIENT EXPECTATIONS

Clients must provide electricity and space for set-up! We bring the rest!

DISCLAIMERS

FOR THE EVENT ORGANIZERS AND GUESTS

It is the responsibility of the event organizer to inform guests of all relevant information shared on our website. Additionally, event organizers must obtain the consent of all parties involved (e.g., parents, legal guardians, staff, faculty, etc.) before receiving our services.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY

With the consent of all parties, Airadorn Airbrush reserves the right to use any photos taken during the event solely for advertising and promotional purposes.

PAINT AND PRODUCTS

Airadorn Airbrush uses products that are FDA-compliant, hypoallergenic, and vegan. However, we are not liable for any allergic reactions or injury. It is the responsibility of the event organizer or parent to inform Airadorn Airbrush of any allergies, illnesses, or conditions that may affect our services.

PAINT AND PRODUCTS CONT.

Airadorn Airbrush has provided a care page detailing how to remove our paint. Additionally, we are not responsible for any damages (e.g., paint stains on clothing, paint on the floor, etc.). However, Airadorn Airbrush will strive to avoid such happenings.

AIRADORN AIRBRUSHES

Airadorn Airbrushers reserve the right to refuse service to individuals during the event at their discretion.

AIRADORN PROPERTY

Any damage to property or equipment owned by Airadorn Airbrush will result in fees being charged.

SAFETY AND FUN

Airadorn Airbrush is not responsible for supervising or ensuring the welfare of any parties waiting in line for our services.

Airadorn Airbrush reserves the right to refuse service to individuals with illnesses or skin conditions, including open wounds, sores, infections, common illnesses, and similar concerns.
